Welcome to Bottles N Blondes! Thank you for spending time on my little corner of the internet. As a mother, I feel like I have learned quite a bit along the way, and I cannot wait to share with you my experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly, and the things I wish I had known. I want to help other mamas and provide any guidance I can. Let’s face it, being a mom is not always easy. I cannot wait to build this community with all of you. 

This blog is not only for mamas, but for everyone! I am passionate about both mental and physical wellness, style and fashion, and many other topics outside of motherhood.

meet Ashley

Life is far too short to do anything that doesn’t spark joy in your life!

My name is Ashley Trethart; welcome to Bottles N Blondes! I am married to my wonderful husband Travis, and we are parents to two beautiful boys, Mason and Noah.

Outside of being a mom, I work full-time in Human Resources. To say I am busy is an understatement! I have recently fallen in love with all things health and wellness, and trying to make myself a priority amongst the busyness of everyday life. I think as moms we have a tendency to lose ourselves a little while we are caring for those around us. 

Some of my favourite things would have to be my family (including our dog Domi), a good glass of red wine, hockey, exercising and the Backstreet Boys. Life is far too short to do anything that doesn’t spark joy in your life, so there is no shame in my boyband game!
